Sequentially remove following 2 Screws parts: 1 Pipe union - Oil filter@ using prope Remove alternator.r 4. 7. Remove carburettor spanner (1) Loosen securing bolts@ fixing (1) Unscrew the four nuts with - Dipstick 0. alternator @ and remove driving securing washers carburettor to in- - Pressure switch@ for mini- belt. take manifold. mum oil pressure check (2) Complete bolts0 removal and -- (2) Remove the accelerator cable Thermal contact@ for water take out alternator@ _ return spring securing bracket, carbu- @ and re- temperature check from right (3) Unscrews screwsrettor, relevant gaskets and spacer. cylinder head. move bracket@. 1 Bolts 3 Screws 2 Alternator4 Bracket 5. Remove pipings. 8. Remove thermostat (1) Loosen screws of clamps and remove fuel supply pipe0. (1) Unscrew screws0, remove 3 Dipstick 1 Oil filter cover @ and thermostat. 4 Thermal contact 2 Pressure switch (2) Loosen screws@ of water system coupling@ clamp @ and (2) Unscrew nuts 2 and remove thermostat housing 1 from intake remove coupling. 8 manifold @. 2. Remove sparking plugs using proper box spanner. 3. Remove distributor assembly. vacuum advance (1) Disconnect pipe 0 from carburettor. (2) Loosen distributor securing nut 0 and withdraw distributor from rear cover. 3 Screws 1 Thermostat 3 Coupling 4 Intake manifold 1 Fuel pipe housing 2 Clamp 2 Nuts 5 Cover 01-13 May 7983
