4-18 BODY - Keyless Entry System OPERATION IN SYSTEM OPERATION MODE Transmitter switch When the transmission switch is pressed once, three identical codes are transmitted from the transmitter.’ Unlock switch d The secret code is decrypted by the comparator circuit ZFI in the receiver which compares the code with the code stored in the receiver. When the transmitted Lock switch code coincides with the stored code, the receiver ON n sends a door unlock signal or door lock signal to OFFI I the ETACS-ECU.
