Display messages appear in the multifunction display. d
Display messages with graphic displays may be shown in simplified form in the Operator'sand
Manual and may therefore differ from the multifunction display.

With certain display messages, you will also hear a warning tone.
Youcanhidethedisplay messages. The display messages are then stored in the messagecom
memory.Rectify the cause of a display message as soon as possible.

Hiding display messages
XPresstheaor%buttononthesteeringwheel.
The multifunction display hides the display message.
High-priority display messages are shown in red in the multifunction display. Some high-pri-
ority display messages cannot be hidden.
The multifunction display shows these messages continuously until the causes for the mes-
sages have been remedied.

Theon-boardcomputersavescertaindisplaymessagesinthemessagememory.Youcancall
upthedisplay messages:
XPresstheòbuttononthesteeringwheeltoopenthemenulist.
XPress:or9onthesteeringwheeltoselecttheServicemenu.
XConfirmbypressing aonthesteeringwheel.
XPressthe:or9buttontoselectthemessagememory.
If there are no display messages, the No Messages display appears in the multifunction
display.
Whentherearedisplay messages, the number of stored messages appears.
XPressatoconfirm.
XPressthe:or9buttontoscrollthroughthedisplaymessages.
