Unlocking with the handset
If your vehicle is fitted with the Single Point Entry security feature,Operating Tip

Anti-theft alarm indicator light
After locking, the RED indicator light on the instrument panel
flashes rapidly while the alarm is arming itself.

slower frequency, and continues to flash as an anti-theft deterrent
until the alarm is disarmed.
Interior space protection
Interior space protection is only activated when the vehicle is locked
with the handset. A sensor inside the vehicle monitors the interior
space and activates the alarm if an intrusion into the passenger
compartmentis detected (entry gained through a window or
sunroof, for example).
