1985 Volvo DL, GL and Turbo PCV system, DL and GL models (B230F engine) The PCV nipple in the intake manifold should be cleaned after 60,000 miles (96,000 km). It is recommended that the flame guard be cleaned every 15,000 miles (25,000 km) PCV system, Turbo (B21F-Turbo) The PCV nipple in the intake manifold and the filter at the end of the PCV hose in the air cleaner should be removed and cleaned every 60,000 miles (100,000 km).
