• The automatic gearbox offers
you:
- Operation in auto-active II
P mode, with automatic
adaptation to your style of
driving as well as to the road
R profi le (Position D).
- Operation in sequential
mode, with manual gear
N changing (Position M).
- Operation in SPORT or
SNOW automatic mode
Position D and successive
presses on the control A.

AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
• Parking (Position P).
• Reverse gear (Position R).
• Neutral (Position N).
For safety:
• The gear lever can only be disengaged from position P if
you are pressing the brake pedal.
• When a door is opened, an audible signal sounds if the
gear selector is not in position P.
• Before leaving the vehicle, make absolutely certain that
position P is selected. 65
