Steps to take in an emergency521 Warning light Warning light/Details/Actions ABS warning light Indicates a malfunction in: • The ABS; or • The brake assist system →Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Toyota dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and equipped professional immediately. Brake system warning light (yellow indicator) Indicates a malfunction in the electric parking brake →Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Toyota dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and equipped professional immediately. Electric power steering system warning light (warning buzzer) Indicates a malfunction in the EPS (Electric Power Steer- ing) system. →Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Toyota dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and equipped professional immediately. PCS warning light (if equipped) When the warning light flashes (and a buzzer sounds): Indicates a malfunction in the PCS (Pre-Crash Safety sys- tem) →Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Toyota dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and equipped professional immediately.
