Some examples of dangerous riding positions are shown in the illustrations. O Children may be severely injured or killed when the supplemental front air bags, side air bags or curtain side- impact air bags inflate if they are not SSS0059A SSS0188A properly restrained. Pre-teens and chil- dren should be properly restrained in the rear seat, if possible. O Also, never install a rear facing child re- straint in the front seat. An inflating supplemental front air bag could seri- ously injure or kill your child. See “Child restraints” earlier in this section for details.
