Interior Equipment Operating Tip If a door or the taildoor remains open for ten minutes or more, a ’time out’ function will extinguish the courtesy light in order to prevent the battery from discharging. The courtesy light will extinguish when the vehicle is locked. H2318A COURTESYLIGHT (3-door models) Switch positions: ’0FF’ - Light permanently off. ’ON’ - Light illuminates continuously. With the switch in the centre position, the interior light illuminates automatically whenever the vehicle is unlocked, or when a door or taildoor is opened. The light remains illuminated for 15 seconds after all the doors and taildoor are closed, or until the starter switch is turned on. LUGGAGECOMPARTMENTLIGHT Illuminates automatically when the taildoor is opened. 42
