Removing the Inside-Mounted 1. Remove the wheel blocks from the tire retainer Spare Tire plate by turning the wingnut counterclockwise. The spare tire and wheel blocks are stored in the rear cargo area. You will need to remove the tire cover to get to them. 2. Place the ﬂat end of the wheel wrench through the hole in the spanner wrench. A. Spare or Flat Tire B. Receiver Extension (If Equipped) Not used for tire changing procedure. See “Receiver Extension” under If You Are Stuck: In Sand, Mud, Ice or Snow on page4-52. C. Tire Retainer Plate D. Nut E. Wheel Blocks 5-75
