Manually selecting a station frequency Fig. 146 RADIO main menu with the frequency dial for the selected frequency band. ¤ Please first read and heed the WARNINGS , note the introductory information and heed the WARNINGS Displaying and hiding the frequency dial x Open theRADIO main menu and select the frequency band x Press the Tune function key to display the frequency dial of the selected frequency band ⇒ fig. 146. x OR: Turn the setting knob ⇒ fig. 133 (3) one stop further. x To hide the frequency dial, brieflpressy the setting knob. The frequency dial is hidden automatically after approximately 5 seconds of inactivity. Manual frequency selection is also closed if you select a station with a station button. Adjusting the frequency in stages x Briefly press one of the arrow buttons to the right and left of the frequency dial. x OR: Turn the setting knob ⇒ fig. 133 (3). Quickly browsing the frequency band x Place your finger on the slide?r in the frequency dial and drag it along the dial ?. x OR: Press a point on the scale either side of the slider. The slider will then ? “jump” straight to the selected point. x OR: Press one of the arrow buttons at the top of the screen. The slider automatically runs through the frequency band in the corresponding direction and stops when a station has been found.
