S-1B-10 CLIMATISEUR (OPTION) REPOSE 1) Insérer en force le joint à lèvre dans la partie avant en procédant à l’aide de l’outil spécial (E). Outil spécial (E): 09991-06050 ATTENTION: Ne pas r éutiliser le joint mécanique qui vient d’être dépo- 1. Joint type à lèvresé du compresseur. 2. Partie avant 2) Enduire la surface de l’outil sp écial (F) d ’huile et monter celui-ci sur l’arbre. Outil spécial (F): 09991-06040 3) Reposer le joint torique dans le boîtier. 4) Enduire le joint à lèvre et le joint torique d’huile de compresseur. 5) Reposer l’ensemble partie avant. 1. Partie avant 2. Joint torique 6) Serrer les boulons de la partie avant comme sp écifié ci-dessous. Couple de serrage (a): 14 N·m (1,4 kg-m) (b): 23 N·m (2,3 kg-m) REMARQUE: Toujours utiliser des rondelles de boulon de partie avant neuves. 1.
