CLIMATISEUR (OPTION) S-1B-9 5) Régler le jeu entre le plateau d’embrayage (1) et la poulie d’em- brayage (2) en plaçant des cales sur l’arbre du compresseur. Jeu normal “a”: 0,3 – 0,5 mm 6) Serrer le boulon du plateau d’embrayage au couple spécifié. Couple de serrage (a): 14 N·m (1,4 kg-m) Outil spécial (A): 09991-06020 1. Plateau d’embrayage 2. Boulon de plateau d’embrayage3. Rondelle JOINT MECANIQUE DEPOSE 1) Déposer l’embrayage magnétique en procédant comme indiqué en “C. EMBRAYAGE MAGNETIQUE” dans cette section. 2) Déposer les vis de fixation de la partie avant (8 pcs). 1. Boîtier 2. Partie avant APPUYER 3) Déposer la partie avant en poussant sur l ’arbre du cylindre. REMARQUE: Attention à ne pas enlever le cylindre du boîtier. 4) Déposer le joint torique. 1. Partie avant 2. Arbre du cylindre 3. Cylindre 4. Boîtier 5. Joint torique 5) Déposer le joint mécanique de la partie avant. 1. Partie avant 2. Arrache-palier
