Storage compartment under the front seats Fig. 126 Under the driver seat: Storage compartment. ¤ Please first read and note the introductory information and heed the WARNINGS on page 209. There is a storage compartment ⇒ fig. 126 under each front seat. A first aid kit can be stored in this storage compartment. Opening and closing the storage compartment To open, pull the handle slightly in the direction of the arrow and then push the cover down. To close, fold the cover up and push in the direction of the front seat until it engages securely. WARNING An open storage compartment can interfere with the pedals and cause accidents and severe personal injuries. x Always keep the storage compartment closed when the vehicle is moving. Otherwise te h storage compartment cover and other objects could get into the driver footwell and interfere with the pedals. DVD changer Fig. 127 On the right side of the luggage compartment: Cover for DVD changer. ¤ Please first read and note the introductory information and heed the WARNINGS The DVD changer is on the right side of the luggage compartment behind a cover ⇒ fig. 127.
