E00502500786 A warning is also displayed on the multi-infor- When “RELEASE PARKING BRAKE” is displayed mation display. This warning is displayed if you drive with the parking brake still applied. The warning lamp in the instrument cluster only ! CAUTION illuminates when the parking brake is applied. ●If it illuminates while the engine is run- ning, there is a problem in the charg- ing system. Immediately park your vehicle in a safe place and we recom- 3 mend you to have it checked. ! CAUTION ●If a vehicle is driven without releasing the parking brake, the brake will ovbeerheated, resulting in ineffective braking and possible brake failure. If this warning is displayed, release the parking brake. 3-53
