REMOVING THE TIRE Removing the wheel cover WARNING Never use your hands to remove the wheel cover. This may cause personal injury. To remove the wheel cover, use the jack rod 1 as illustrated. Apply cloth 2 between the wheel and jack rod SCE0573 to prevent damaging the wheel and wheel cover.Jacking up vehicle and removing the damaged tire Carefullyreadthecautionlabelattachedto the jack body and the following instruc- tions. 1. Placethejackdirectlyunderthejack-uppoint as illustrated above so that top of the jack contacts the vehicle at the jack up point. Align the jack head between the two notches in the front or the rear as shown. Also fit the groove of the jack head between the notches as shown. 6-4 In case of emergency 06.4.14/T30-J/V5.0
