Replacing the EGR valve or the ISV

Replacing the DPF
• After replacing the DPF, the followin

PowertrainÆData ResetÆDPF.
2. The regeneration control in the PCM must be reset via the option ToolboxÆ
Powertrain
ÆDPFÆDPF Reset.
3. The injection amount learning function must be performed using the option
ToolboxÆPowertrainÆEngi
ne ChecksÆLearningÆInjection Amount
Correction.
4. The DPF must be regenerated manually via the option ToolboxÆPowertrainÆ
DPFÆDPF Regeneration.
5. The pressure difference of the DPF must be assessed using the option ToolboxÆ
PowertrainÆDPFÆDPF Assessment.
Replacing the DPF differential pressure sensor
• After replacing the DPF differential pressure sensor, the following steps must be
