The fourth generation of Vitary was presented at the Paris Motor Show in 2014. [10] His production (by Suzuki Magyar) is similar to the third generation. The product went on sale in Japan as the fourth generation Suzuki Escudo on October 15, 2015. The all-new fourth generation model is 125 mm (4.9 inches) shorter, 85 mm (3.3 inches) lower, 35 mm (1.4 inch) slimmer, is now a compact crossover and has a wheelbase of 140 mm (5.5 inches) shorter than the previous generation Grand Vitara, making it easier for Vitara to drive on narrow roads and tight parking spaces. [11] [12] Suzuki has released a special version of the fourth generation Vara called Vitara S or Vitara Sport in some markets. The Vitara S is equipped with a 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine (Suzuki engine list) that provides 20 percent more power and 40 percent more torque than a standard 1.6-liter gasoline engine. Vitara S was available in the 4WD "Allgrip" version only until the summer of 2016. Beginning in autumn 2016, the 2WD system is available in the S version. Vitara S also has some cosmetic changes compared to other versions of Vitary, including sports and leather leather seats with red stitching, aluminum sports pedals, red LED spotlights, a characteristic grille with five slits and black rims. The new Vitara S model also received a heart transplant, replacing a four-cylinder quartz cylinder with 86 kW / 156 Nm of 1.6 liters per liter, with a power of 3.0 kW / 220 Nm, a 1.4-liter "Boosterjet" that is shared with the Suzuki SX4 S-Cross Facelift 2017, as standard with a six-speed automatic transmission.
