Demontare
1. Se demonteazã carcasa filtrului de aer.
9. Se deconecteazã furtunul de bypass al circuitului de
rãcire.
10.Se demonteazã galeria de admisie.
Montare
3 Se parcurg în sens invers etapele de la demontare.
Se va avea grijã de urmãtoarele :
2 se vor strânge ºuruburile de montare a carburatorului
la cuplul specificat

1. ANSAMBLU FILTRU DE AER carburator(kgfm) 1,8 ÷ 2,8
2. ELEMENT FILTRANT
3. CAPAC FILTRU DE AER 4 se vor strânge ºuruburile ºi piuliþele de montare a

2. Se deconecteazã cablul de acceleraþie de la
carburator.
3. Se demonteazã furtunele de rãcire. cuplul de strângere pentru
1,8 ÷ 2,8
4. Se deconecteazã furtunul de benzinã.galeria de admisie(kgfm)
5. Se deconecteazã furtunul de vacuum.
6. Se demonteazã ansamblu carburator.
7. Se demonteazã supapa EGR de pe galeria de
admisie.
8. Se demonteazã furtunul de la tamburul servofrânei.
