Following automatic activation, the Instrument lighting vehicle's external lighting remains on when you switch on the fog lamps.< The automatic headlamp control can- not serve as a substitute for your per- Lampssonal judgment in determining when the lamps should be switched on in response to ambient lighting conditions. For exam- ple, the system cannot detect fog. To avoid safety risks, you should always switch on the lamps manually under these condi- tions.< Turn the serrated dial to adjust the illumina- tion intensity. Adaptive Head Light* The concept High beams/standing lamps Adaptive Head Light is a variable headlamp control system that enables dynamic illumi- nation of the road surface.
