Other procedures necessary for starting the engine such as having the advanced key in the cabin, and depressing the brake pedal (Automatic transaxle) or the clutch pedal (Manual transaxle) are required. l Whentheengineis force-started, the key warning light (red) remains illuminated and the key indicator light (green) does not illuminate. l If the attempt to start the engine using the forced-start method is unsuccessful, it may be necessary to use the auxiliary key. 7.
