Warning Message light on dialon display ALFA ROMEO CODE SYSTEM If with the engine running, the message + symbol are shown on the reconfigurable multifunction display, contact Alfa Romeo Authorised Services immediately. If with the engine running, the message + symbol are shown on the reconfigurable multifunction display, this means that the car is not protected by the engine inhibitor device (see “Alfa Romeo CODE system” in this chapter). Contact Alfa Romeo Authorised Services to have all the keys mem- orised. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CAR INERTIAL FUEL CUT-OFF SWITCH The message + symbol on the display are shown when the inertial fuel cut-off switch is triggered. WARNING If after the display of the message the smell of fuel or leaks from the supply system are noted,do not re-engage the switch to avoid the risk of fire. 82
