105 LA CONDUITE DE VOTRE 306 LABOITE DE VITESSES AUTOMATIQUE AUTOACTIVE Démarrage A Pour démarrer le moteur, amenez le levier sélecteur en position N ou P. B Appuyez sur le frein lors du démarrage du moteur et pour quitter la position P. 1 Position du levier sélecteur Elle est visualisée par un indicateur au tableau de bord. P. Parking : à utiliser avec le frein à main en cas de stationnement. R. Marche arrière : la marche arrière ne doit être engagée que lorsque le véhicule est à l’arrêt, moteur au ralenti. N. Point mort : si en cours de route la position N est engagée par inadver- tance, laisser le moteur revenir au ralenti avant d’engager une nouvelle position de marche avant. D. Conduite : dans cette position, les quatre rapports passent automatique- ment. Les points de passage de vitesses varient en fonction du program- me sélectionné. 3. Passage automatique des trois premiers rapports uniquement. Sélectionner cette position lorsqu’on remarque une alternance fréquente e e entre le 3 et le 4 rapport (ville ou route sinueuse). 2. Passage automatique des deux premiers rapports uniquement. Cette position est particulièrement adaptée pour les routes de montagne aussi bien en montée (pour exploiter la puissance moteur) qu’en descen- te (frein moteur). 1. Sélection du premier rapport uniquement. Autiliser pour des pentes à fort pourcentage surtout lorsqu’on tracte une remorque. La sélection du premier rapport s’ef2 en fectue à partir de la position appuyant sur l’interrupteur 1. Pour quitter la position 1, appuyez à nouveau sur l’interrupteur 1 ou manœuvrez le levier sélecteur.
