ControlsNeartheSteeringWheel Headlights If you leave the lights on with the ignition switch in ACCESSORY (I) or LOCK (0), you will hear a reminder tone when you open the driver’s door. Therotating switch on the left lever Toflashthehighbeams,pullthe controls the lights. Turning this turn signal lever back lightly, then switch to the ‘‘’’ position turns release it. The high beams will come ontheparkinglights, taillights, onandgooff.Thehighbeamswill instrument panel lights, side-markerTochangefromlowbeamstohighstay on for as long as you hold the lights, and rear license plate lights.beams,pushtheturnsignalleverlever back, no matter what position Turningtheswitchtothe‘‘’’forward until you hear a click. Thethe headlight switch is in. position turns on the headlights.blue high beam indicator will light (see page 63). To return to low beams,pull the turn signal lever back. 70 InstrumentsandControls
