YOUR 106 IN DETAIL 61 1 Closing the tailgate THE BONNET Filling with fuel To close the tailgate, pull either of Fuel tank cap the interior grab handles. Unlocking from the inside Pull the handle. -Insert the key, then turn it to the Opening from the outside left. To open: -Remove the cap. Press the hook 1 and slowly raiseTank capacity: approximately 10 the bonnet. The struts will open andgallons (45 litres). keep the bonnet open. To close: Lower the bonnet most of the way and let it drop when it is almost closed. Check that it is locked securely. Only ﬁll up with fuel with the engine switched off. 06-05-2002
