SISTEMA HEV (HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE,VEICOLO IBRIDO ELETTRICO)
Per generare potenza, i veicoli ibrido-elettrici Kia (HEV) utilizzano sia un motore a benzina che un motore elettrico.Il motore
elettrico è alimentato da una batteria HEV in alta tensione da 270 V.
A seconda delle condizioni di guida, il computer HEV funziona alternando il motore elettrico e il motore a benzina, oppure usan do
entrambi contemporaneamente.
L'efficienza del carburante aumenta quando il motore gira al minimo, oppure quando il veicolo viene alimentato dal motore elett rico
con la batteria HEV.
La carica della batteria HEV deve essere eseguita per le situazioni in cui il motore funge da generatore, come quando è fermo.
La carica si effettua anche decelerando o con la frenata rigenerativa.
