488 7-3. Wartung in Eigenregie WARNUNG ■Altöl ●Altöl enthält Schadstoffe, die unter Umständen zu Hautentzündungen und Hautkrebs führen können. Achten Sie deshalb darauf, dass die Haut nicht längere Zeit und wieder- holt mit Altöl in Berührung kommt. Waschen Sie Altöl gründlich mit Wasser und Seife von der Haut. ●Entsorgen Sie Altöl und gebrauchte Ölfilter nur sicherheits- und vorschriftsgemäß. Ent- sorgen Sie Altöl und gebrauchte Filter weder über die Mülltonne noch über die Kanalisa- tion oder das Erdreich. Informationen zum Recycling bzw. zur Entsorgung erhalten Sie bei einem Lexus-Vertragshändler bzw. einer Vertragswerkstatt oder einer anderen quali- fizierten und entsprechend ausgerüsteten Fachwerkstatt sowie bei Tankstellen oder Autozubehörgeschäften. ●Bewahren Sie Altöl für Kinder unzugänglich auf. HINWEIS ■So vermeiden Sie schwere Motorschäden Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Ölstand. ■Beim Wechseln des Motoröls ●Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Motoröl auf Fahrzeugbauteile verschüttet wird. ●Vermeiden Sie ein Überfüllen, da sonst der Motor beschädigt werden könnte. ●Kontrollieren Sie den Ölstand bei jedem Nachfüllen mit dem Messstab. ●Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Öleinfülldeckel ordnungsgemäß festgezogen ist.
