The following messages will display in the instrumentAll of the following conditions must be met before the
cluster if the vehicle fails to remote start or exits remoteengine will remote start:
start prematurely: • Shift Lever in PARK
• Remote Start Cancelled — Door Ajar • Doors closed
• Remote Start Cancelled — Hood Ajar • Hood closed
• Remote Start Cancelled — Fuel Low • Liftgate closed
• Remote Start Cancelled — Liftgate Ajar• Hazard switch off
• Remote Start Disabled — Start Vehicle To Reset• Brake switch inactive (brake pedal not pushed)
• Remote Start Cancelled — Too Cold • Battery at an acceptable charge level
• Remote Start Cancelled — Time Expired• RKE PANIC button not pushed
Themessagewillstayactiveuntiltheignitionisplacedin• System not disabled from previous remote start event
the MAR/RUN position.
• Vehicle alarm system indicator flashing
