Tareas de mantenimiento que puede hacer usted mismo ■Selección de refrigerante Utilice sólo “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” «Refrigerante de duración extralarga de Toyota» o un refrigerante de etilenglicol de alta calidad similar sin silicato, amina, nitrito ni borato y con tecnología híbrida de ácido orgánico de larga duración. El refrigerante “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant” «Refrigerante de duración extralarga de Toyota» está premezclado con un 50% de refrigerante y un 50% de agua desionizada. (Tem- peratura mínima: -35°C [-31°F]) Si desea obtener más información sobre el refrigerante, póngase en contacto con un conce- sionario Lexus autorizado, con cualquier taller o con otro profesional con la cualificación y el equipo necesarios. ■Si el nivel de refrigerante desciende poco después de rellenar el depósito Compruebe visualmente los radiadores, las mangueras, las tapas del depósito de refrige- rante de la unidad de control de potencia/motor, el grifo de drenaje y la bomba del agua. En caso de que no encuentre ninguna fuga, lleve el vehículo a revisar a un concesionario Lexus autorizado, a cualquier taller o a otro profesional con la cualificación y el equipo nece- sarios, para que comprueben la tapa y verifiquen si hay fugas en el sistema de enfriamiento. PRECAUCION ■Cuando el sistema híbrido está caliente No quite los tapones del depósito de refrigerante de la unidad de control de alimentación/ motor o el tapón de llenado de agua. (→P. 586) Es posible que el sistema de enfriamiento se encuentre bajo presión y que el refrigerante a alta temperatura salga despedido si se quita la tapa, con el consiguiente riesgo de lesiones graves, como quemaduras. AVISO ■Al añadir refrigerante El refrigerante no es ni agua corriente nani ticongelante. Debe utilizarse la mezcla ade- cuada de agua y anticongelante para conseguir la lubricación, la protección contra la corrosión y el enfriamiento correctos. Asegúrese de leer la etiqueta del anticongelante o del refrigerante. ■Si derrama refrigerante Asegúrese de limpiarlo con agua para evitar daños en los componentes o la pintura. IS300h_ES(OM53D59S)
