The buckle must remain securely locked. 2. With the seat belt fastened, sit back in the seat and ensure any slack has been rewound. Then move the upper body sharply forward from the hips - the mechanismmustlockautomaticallyand prevent any further unreeling of the belt. 3. With the seat belt unfastened, unreel the webbing to the limit of its travel. Check that unreeling is free from snatches and snags. If a seat belt should fail any of these tests, contact your dealer immediately. 44
