68 UW 306 IN DETAIL ALGEMENE FUNCTIES AAN/UIT Druk, als het CONTACTAAN is of in de stand M” om de radio aan ofACCESSOIRES staat, op knop “ uit te schakelen. De radio kan gedurende 30 minuten werken zonder dat het contact aan wordt gezet. CODE DIEFSTALBEVEILIGING Als het apparaat voor het eerst wordt gebruikt en elke keer dat de accukabels worden losgenomen, moet de code die u bij de aflevering van de auto werd overhandigd, worden ingevoerd. Invoer van de code Zet het apparaat AAN. “CODE IN” verschijnt op het scherm en daarna “- - - -” ten teken dat de code moet worden ingevoerd. Voer nu uw vier-cijferige codein met behulp van de voorkeuzetoetsen “1” t/m “6”. Voorbeeld:als uw code 5345 is, moeten achtereenvolgens de toetsen “5”, “3”, “4” en “5” ingedrukt worden. Na het invoeren van de juiste code gaat de radio automatisch aan. Foutieve invoer van de code Als tijdens het invoeren van de eerste drie cijfers van de code een fout wordt gemaakt, onderbreek dan het invoeren en zet de radio UITom te voorkomen dat het apparaat geblokkeerd wordt. Elke keer als er een verkeerde code wordt ingevoerd, wordt het apparaat gedurende een steeds langere periode, van 5 seconden tot 30 minuten na de zevende verkeerde code, geblokkeerd. Laat de radio aan staan en wacht tot de blokkering opgeheven is. Zodra er “- - - -” verschijnt op de display kan de code opnieuw ingevoerd worden. Als de radio tussentijds UITwordt gezet, zal deze bij het opnieuw aanzetten weer geblokkeerd worden voor de gehele periode. Na het invoeren van 14 verkeerde codes wordt de radio definitief geblokkeerd en op de display ver- schijnt “END”. BEDIENING Volumeregeling Draai aan de knop “M” om het volume te verhogen of te verlagen. In geval van oververhitting van de radio neemt het geluidsvolume af. Let op Bij een autotelefoon met een “Mute-signaal” die op de audio-installatie is aangesloten, wordt de geluidsweergave automatisch onderbroken zodra de telefoon wordt gebruikt.
