Z tego powodu przed przystàpieniem do tej operacji nale˝y: Wprzypadku ∏adowania akumulatora bez wyjmowania go z samochodu nale˝y od∏àczyç od niego przewód masy. Przy pod∏àczaniu i od∏àczaniu przewodów ∏àczàcych ∏adowark´ z akumulatorem urzàdzenie to powinno byç wy∏àczone. Po na∏adowaniu lub pod∏àczeniu akumulatora Silnik samochodu mo˝e nie daç si´ uruchomiç. Silnik nale˝y uruchomiç, gdy przyciskiem rozruchu wybrany jest stan ACCESSORY, poniewa˝ uruchomienie go przy wybranym stanie wy∏àczonym mo˝e nie byç mo˝- liwe. Podczas drugiego uruchamiania silnik b´dzie pracowa∏ normalnie. Wybrany za pomocà przycisku rozruchu stan operacyjny jest zapami´tywany przez samochód. Po pod∏àczeniu akumulatora zostanie wybrany stan przy którym akumulator zosta∏ od∏àczony. Przed od∏àczeniem akumulatora nale˝y upewniç si´, ˝e wybrany jest stan wy∏àczony. Nale˝y zachowaç szczególnà ostro˝noÊç, je˝eli wybrany stan operacyjny przed roz∏adowaniem akumulatora jest nieznany. Je˝eli mimo kilku prób rozruchu obiema metodami silnik nie daje si´ uruchomiç, nale˝y skontaktowaç si´ z autoryzowanà stacjà obs∏ugi Lexusa lub innym specja- listycznym warsztatem.
