■Forhold som kan føre til at SRS-kollisjonsputene utløses (blåses opp), bortsett fra en
kollisjon
SRS-frontkollisjonsputene og SRS-kollisjonsgard inene kan også utløses hvis bilen utsettes
for harde støt mot undersiden. Noen eksempler er vist i illustrasjonen.
●Når bilen treffer en fortauskant, veikant eller et
hardt underlag
●Når bilen kjører ned i eller hopper over et dypt hull
●Når bilen lander hardt eller faller
■Kollisjonstyper som kanskje ikke utløser SRS-kollisjonsputene (SRS-frontkollisjonsputene)
SRS-frontkollisjonsputene løses vanligvis ikke ut hvis ilen blir ubtsatt for en sidekollisjon
eller ved påkjørsel bakfra, eller hvis bilen ruler olver på siden eller utsettes for en front-
kollisjon i lav hastighet. Alle ty per kollisjoner som gjør at bilens fart reduseres tilstrekkelig,
kan imidlertid løse ut SRS-kollisjonsputene.
