Placethe headrest in the top position to allow you to press the seatback of the child seat firmly against the vehicle seatback. If a booster seat without a seatback is used, the vehicle's headrest will have to be adjusted to suit the child's stature; the upper edge of the headrest must be at the same height 3 as the top of the child's head and Category 2 (15 to 25 kg) and should never be lower than in line category 3 (22 to 36 kg) with the child's eyes. To correctly secure the pelvis of a child of up to 12 years old, smaller than 1.50 m and weighing less than 36 kg, it is preferable to use child seats that can be combined with three-point seat belts. This is a booster seat (figure 3) with belt guides to ensure that the belt will be worn flat over the child's thighs.
