Releasing the parking brake (if equipped) To release the EPB (electric parking Applying the parking brake brake), press the EPB switch in the fol- lowing condition: To apply the EPB (electric parking Have the ignition switch or engine brake): Pull up the EPB switch. start/stop button in the ON position. Make sure the warning light comes on. Depress the brake pedal. Make sure the brake warning light goes off. 5 44
