The vehicle doors can be unlocked and opened separately from inside the vehicle by pulling the door handle to open the door ⇒ Power locking system. Opening the luggage compartment lid from inside the luggage compartment Fig. 178 Behind the rear seat backrest: Release of the rear seat back. Fig. 179 Opening the luggage compartment lid from inside the luggage compartment. ¤ Please first read and note the introductory information and heed the WARNINGS x To release the rear seat backrest, insert the vehicle key into the slot in the shelf behind the rer a seat backrest ⇒ fig. 178 and push in the direction of the arrow. x Fold the rear backrests forward. x Remove luggage in order to reach the luggage compartment lid from the inside. Opening the luggage compartment lid from inside the luggage compartment: x Push the lever in the direction of the arrow⇒ fig. 179. The luggage compartment lid unlatches. Push the luggage compartment lid to open.
