Read and observe the additional warning no- Place the shoulder portion of the belt tices printed in the “Safety and Security” across the top of your shoulder and the section ( page 40). lap portion across your hips. Push latch plate 2 into buckle 3 until it clicks. If necessary, tighten the lap portion to a snug fit by pulling shoulder portion up.
