Lights & Function Vision menu Coming Home Set how long the headlights and inside lights stay on after locking or unlocking Leaving Home the vehicle. Feature can also be switched on or off. Footwell light Set footwell lighting brightness or switch this feature on or off. Conv. turn Enable/disable convenience turn signal (lane change feature). When the sig. feature is enabled, the turn signal flashes at least 3 times when the turn signal is tapped. Factory Resets the functions in the Lights & Vision submenu back to the factory setting settings. Back The display returns to the Settings menu. Personal convenience settings ¤ Please first read and note the introductory information and heed the WARNINGS When 2 people use the vehicle, Volkswagen recommends that each person always use “a separate” remote control vehicle key. When the ignition is switched off or the vehicle is locked, personal conven- ience settings are stored automatically and assigned to the remote control vehicle key, Volkswagen Information System. The personal convenience settings for the following menu items can be assigned to a remote control vehicle key: Settings menu ▪ Time ▪ Language ▪ Units Settings / Convenience menu ▪ Door unlock ▪ Mirror down Settings / Lights & Vision menu ▪ Coming Home / Leaving Home ▪ Convenience turn signal (lane change feature) The stored settings are recalled when the ignition is switched on.
