When the Hill startCruise control (if equipped)&Tosetcruise control assist system is activated, the Hill start assist OFF indicator light turns off.Cruise control enables you to maintain a &Hill start assist warning light/constant vehicle speed without holding Hill start assist OFF indicatoryour foot on the accelerator pedal and it is light operative when the vehicle speed is 25 mph (40 km/h) or more. Refer to “Hill start assist warning light (MT models)/Hill start assist OFF indicator lightWARNING (MT models)” F3-18. Do not use the cruise control under any of the following conditions. These may cause loss of vehicle control. . driving up or down a steep grade1. Press the “CRUISE” main switch7 . driving on slippery or windingbutton. roads . driving in heavy traffic NOTE Makesurethe“CRUISE”mainswitchis turned off when the cruise control is not in use to avoid unintentionally setting of the cruise control.
