l Battery saver
If any door or the liftgate is left opened, the
light goes out after about 30 minutes to
save the battery.
l Theoperation of the illuminated entry
system can be changed.
Refer to Personalization Features on page
9-9.

Whentheilluminated entry system
operates, the overhead light (switch is in
the DOORposition) turn on for:
l About 30 seconds after the driver's
door is unlocked and the ignition is
switched off.
l About 15 seconds after all doors are
closed and the ignition is switched off.
l About 5 seconds after all doors are
closed and the ignition is switched off
whenkeyisoutofthevehicle.
l Illuminates for about 15 seconds when
the ignition is returned from ACC to
OFF.
Thelight also turns off when:
l The ignition is switched on and all
doors are closed.
l The driver's door is locked.
