B onnet release Sp are wheel A ccess to the spare wheel
To access the spare wheel:
Lift up the boot fl oor and fold it in
two (Saloon) or secure it using the
retractable grip (Tourer).
Attach the hook to the top of the
boot.
To remove the spare wheel, detach

the strap then push the wheel for-
wards, before lifting it out.

I Open the left hand front door.
R Pull release lever A to unlock the
bonnet.

T ourer The kit is a complete system comprised
of a compressor and a sealant car-
tridge.
The tools are located in a protective
holder inside the spare wheel.
Lift safety catch B , then raise the 172
bonnet.
