Wrap a flathead screwdriver with a soft cloth to prevent damage to the lens and remove the lens by carefully prying on the edge of the lens with a flathead screwdriver. 2. Disconnect the bulb by pulling it out. 2. Disconnect the electrical connector Edge from the socket. 3. Turn the socket and bulb assembly counterclockwise and remove it. 4. Disconnect the bulb from the socket. 3. Install the new bulb in the reverse order of removal. qReplacingInterior Light Bulbs Overheadlight/Map lights (Front)í 1. Wrap a flathead screwdriver with a soft cloth to prevent damage to the trim and gently insert it in the overhead light as showninthe figure, and then remove the overhead light unit. 5. Install the new bulb in the reverse order of removal. NOTE Toreplace the bulb, contact an Authorized Mazda Dealer. í Somemodels. 8-43 Form No.8U55-EA-05G
