Traction Control System (TCS) To enter this mode,
press the TC2 button
Your vehicle has a Traction Control System (TCS) thatlocated on the instrument
limits wheel spin. This is especially useful in slipperypanel to the right of
road conditions. The system operates only if it sensesthe steering wheel.
that any of the wheels are spinning or beginning to lose
traction. When this happens, the system applies the
brakes to limit wheel spin.
The Traction Control System may operate on dry roads
undersomeconditions.Whenthishappens,youmay
notice a reduction in acceleration or a pumping sound.
This is normal and doesn’t mean there’s a problem withTC2 only operates in the following transfer case modes:

Another feature of this system is the Traction Control 2while in 4HI, the light will flash for about 15 seconds and
