Card Key
• A thin, card type transmitter has been adopted.
• The card key incorporates buttons to lock and unlock the doors and to disable the
intrusion sensor (when theft-deterrent system fitted), a button type battery (CR2025), an
auxiliary key, and an indicator light.
• When the LOCK or UNLOCK buttons are operated or a request signal is received from
the vehicle, the indicator light illuminates.
• If the Advanced Keyless Entry system is malfunctioning, the driver’s door can be opened
and the engine started using the auxiliary key.
• A transponder is built into the auxiliary key.
