Checktheconditionof the wiper WIPERARMS
blades at least every six months.
Lookforsignsof cracking in the
rubber, or areas that are getting
hard. Replace the blades if you find
these signs, or if they leave streaks
andunwipedareaswhenused.
LOCKTAB
Toreplace a wiper blade: 2. Disconnect the blade assembly
fromthewiperarmbypushingin
1. Raise the wiper arm off the the lock tab. Hold the lock tab in
windshield. Raise the driver’s side while you push the blade assembly
first, then the passenger’s side. towardthebaseof thearm.
Donotopenthehoodwhenthewiper
armsareraised, or you will damage the
hood and wiper arms.
