Vaporcontrolsystemandstorage
Whenthefueltankisfilled,vaporsarecollected
in the evaporation chamberbyaventlineleading
thevaporstothecarboncanisterwheretheyare
storedaslongastheenginedoesnotrun.
Purgesystem
Whentheengineisrunning,thefuelvaporsfrom
thecanisterwillbemixedwithfreshairfromthe
ambientairofthecanister. Thismixturewillbe
directedtotheintakeairhousingbythetankvent
line, mixed with the intake air and burned during
normalcombustion.
