220 Wheels and Tyres Tyre life Tyre inflation pressure The working life of tyres will be shortened considerably if the tyres are insufficiently or over-inflated and this will have an adverse effect on the handling of your vehicle. Check the inflation pressure of the tyres at least once a month. The tyre inflation pressures for summer tyres are indicated on the inside of the fuel filler flap ⇒ fig. 164.
