Protection anticorrosion
Contrôle et entretien
Votre voiture a subi un traitement anticorrosion
intégral en usine. Certaines parties de la car-
rosserie sont en tôle galvanisée. Les soubas-
sements de carrosserie sont protégés par un
produit anticorrosion résistant. Une fine cou-
che de liquide anticorrosion a été vaporisée
dans le but de pénétrer à l'intérieur des mem-
bres, des cavités et des sections fermées.
Entretien de la couche anticorrosion de la voi-
ture.
• Lavez régulièrement la voiture. Passez les
bas de caisse au jet d'eau. Si vous utilisez
un jet haute pression, veillez à ne pas
approcher l'embout de l'appareil à moins
de 30 cm des surfaces peintes.
• Faites un contrôle régulier et améliorez la
protection anticorrosion si nécessaire.
Le traitement anticorrosion de la voiture ne
nécessite en principe aucun traitement pen-
dant environ 12 ans. Au-delà, un traitement
doit être effectué tous les trois ans. Si la voiture
nécessite un traitement supplémentaire, Volvo
recommande de consulter un atelier Volvo
agréé.
