AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
The automatic gearbox offers you:
- Operation in auto-active
mode, with automatic adap-
P tation to your style of driving
as well as to the road profi le
(Position D).
R - Operation in sequential
mode, with manual gear
changing (Position M).
N - Operation in SPORT or SN OW
automatic mode (Position D
M and successive presses on F
the control A).
D
A
Position P: Parking.
Position R: Reverse gear.
Position N: Neutral.
Position D: Operation in
automatic mode. IN BRIE
Position M: Operation in
sequential mode.
For safety:
The gear lever can only be disengaged from position P if
you are pressing the brake pedal.
When a door is opened, an audible signal sounds if the
gear selector is not in position P.
Before leaving the vehicle, make absolutely certain that
position P is selected.
