Driving " Porsche Tiptronic System" automatic gearbox Six speed automatic gearbox which offers a G ear lever D isplays in the instrument panel choice between the comfort of fully automatic operation, enhanced by sport and snow programmes, or manual gear changing. Four driving modes are offered: - automatic operation for electronic management of the gears by the gearbox, - sport programme for a more dynamic style of driving, - snow programme to improve driving when traction is poor, - manual operation for sequential changing of the gears by the driver. P. Park. When you move the lever in the gate to select - Immobilisation of the vehicle, parking brake a position, the corresponding indicator is G ear selection gate on or off. displayed in the instrument panel. - Starting the engine. P. Park R. Reverse. R. Reverse - Reversing manoeuvres, vehicle stationary, N. Neutral engine at idle. D. Drive (Automatic driving) N. Neutral. S. Sport programme - Immobilisation of the vehicle, parking brake on.  . S now programme 9 - Starting the engine. 1 to 6. Gear engaged during manual operation D. Automatic operation. -.
